CAN I COLLECT MY ONLINE ORDER FROM A BOUTIQUE?

If you prefer to have your order shipped to a boutique rather than your home, select “Boutique Pick Up” as the delivery option. The estimated date of collection will be reflected on the checkout page when you have selected the boutique of your choice.

Once the order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation email with an estimated date of arrival. You will be notified by email when your order is ready to collect. To collect your order you will be required to bring an official photo ID (passport, driving licence or ID card) together with your order collection email. The name on your ID must match the name on your order and must be collected by you personally.

The boutique will hold your order for up to 30 days from the date of your order. Cartier reserves the rights to cancel the order if it is not collected within the stipulated time frame. If you are unable to pick up your creation in time, please contact us.
