DELIVERY

The estimated lead time is subject to your selected creation’s availability and personalisation request, if any. The estimated delivery date will be indicated once the shipping address is entered.
 
Same Day delivery
Same Day delivery services are available for transactions placed before 12.30PM*. Personalised creations (e.g. engraving or adjustment) and limited stock pieces will not be eligible.
 
Next Day delivery
Your Cartier creation should arrive by the next working day* from the date of your order, unless indicated otherwise. Personalised creations (e.g. engraving or adjustment) and limited stock pieces will require a longer delivery lead time.

*Not applicable for Saturdays, Sundays, Public Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Delivery lead times may be extended during the festive season and affected clients will be notified promptly via email.
