HOW CAN I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?

You may return a creation purchased on the Singapore e-boutique for exchange with another Cartier creation. In any event, the sale of the returned product will be cancelled and a new order for the product ordered must be placed.

If the new creation of choice carries a higher value, payment will have to be made for the price difference.

Should the new creation carry a lower value than the one returned, the original purchaser will receive a refund of the price difference, provided that the product is returned to the Cartier e-boutique distribution centre.

Should a product be returned for exchange to a Cartier retail boutique for exchange with a less expensive product, the individual making the return will only be entitled to receive merchandise credit of the price difference. Boutique merchandise credits can only be applied to products purchased in a Cartier retail boutique and cannot be applied to products purchased through the Sales Channels.
