Please note that Cartier does not deliver to P.O. boxes, hotels, receptions, warehouses, concierges, guardhouses or similar collection points. We kindly ask that you receive your parcel personally, or have a family member receive it on your behalf. Please inform our Client Relations Centre of the name and contact details of the nominated recipient.

You understand and accept that evidence of a signature of a person at the delivery addressed is evidence of delivery and fulfilment of the sales contract by Cartier and the transfer of responsibility to the recipient in the same way as if the product had been delivered to you.
