HOW DO I RETURN A CREATION VIA A CARTIER RETAIL BOUTIQUE?

To return a creation to a Cartier boutique, you may:

i) Book an appointment at your desired boutique on our website or by reaching out to our Client Relations Centre at +65 6929 8703,

ii) You must bring along the product, all its accessories, the Service Guide, the Warranty Card, complimentary gifts (if any) and all other documents, in their original box,

iii) A Quality Control will be conducted by our boutique team to ensure that the returned product(s) satisfy our Return Conditions set forth below,

iv) A digital email containing your Return with Credit Note will be sent to the email used for the purchase within the next working day.

All return requests to a Cartier boutique must be made by the purchaser named in the associated sales invoice. Verification of identity will be conducted during the return process. There will be no legal printout issued for in-boutique returns or exchanges. You will receive a Return Confirmation within 24 hours of handing over your creation in-boutique.
