MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER AT THE BOUTIQUE?

Yes, you may initiate the return or exchange process at the boutique, provided the creation and timing is in accordance with our Conditions of Sale and Return Policy.

To return a product to in a Cartier boutique, you must follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Book an appointment at your desired boutique via our website,
  2. You must bring along the product, all its accessories, the Service Guide, the Warranty Card and all other documents, in their original boxes,
  3. A Quality Control will be conducted by our boutique team to ensure that the returned product(s) satisfy our Return Conditions set forth in Clause 17.3,
  4. A digital email containing your Return with Credit Note will be sent to the email used for the purchase within the next working day.

There will be no legal printout issued for in-boutique returns or exchanges.

You may also initiate the return or exchange process by contacting our Client Relations Centre and we will arrange for a complimentary pickup at your convenience.

Please note that personalised items, including those that have been engraved, embossed, or customized, are not eligible for return or exchange.
