  If you would like to authorize someone other than yourself to pick up the order, please contact our Client Relations Centre for a Cartier Authorization Letter at +65 6929 8703. Kindly note that the requested information must be filled in completely and accurately for the release of your order. Orders can only be released with valid photo identification and the name on the ID must match the name indicated on the Authorization Letter.
  
  The person designated to pick up the order will need to bring the original email indicating the order is ready to be picked up, a valid form of identification, and the completed Cartier Authorization Letter when picking up the purchase. The documents will be validated by our Boutique.
