IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE, MAY I CANCEL, RETURN OR EXCHANGE IT THROUGH E-BOUTIQUE?

You will need to contact our Cartier Client Services. Cartier Client Services will issue a Return Authorization Number to you by email. You will have 30 days from the day you receive your purchase to return or exchange your item.

Only items purchased through the e-Boutique may be returned or exchanged through the e-Boutique.

Items that have been engraved or modified may not be returned or exchanged.
